Waking up here in rainy Bacolod City, the City of Smiles. Time to head off to my next land of adventure – Davao City. Where will my accommodation in Davao be? I wake up at 9am and buy a razor in the gift shop to shave my werewolf face. I shave off my mask and then catch a taxi to the Dumaguete City Airport.
I land in Manila. Now I’m looking at food options. Finally I’m not limited to Dumaguete. I’m getting a little too excited. Of course I end up at JolliBee anyway.
Finally I land in Davao after a full day of travel. I had a chatmate pick me up at the airport which was nice. She gets me and then I head to my accommodation in Davao – an apartment I saw on the internet. Not in the best of locations, but it’ll have to do for now.
We head out into downtown Davao and start looking for some food. We find a pizza shop; I can’t remember the name but it was pretty delicious. After dinner we sort of just head out somewhere for her friend. I’m not really sure where but I’m just tagging along for the ride.
Finally back at my little apartment and I give a semi tour. I’m going to look tomorrow for a different place. My accommodation in Davao isn’t fully satisfying me yet.

Too funny, same hotel I stayed at in May for 3 weeks! Try and meet the 3 girls that live in the room between the entrance and the reception desk. They are cute and sweet. Oldest one has a half Norwegian baby, other two are her very cute niece and then her friend .They treated me like a king when I arrived there waving, smiling, laughing asking me twenty questions. To the dismay of the DIA girls I brought there, the locals hanging out in front would always comment every time a brought a different girl home lol!
Haha nice…I’m not there anymore. Heard it was a dangerous location.
Is It cool hotel?
Elriopad cheapest place in Davao. You can stay at Drifters Apartell but will cost 1k per day. Hope you enjoyed Davao. Did you visit Pearl Farm? I brought my filipina there when she visit me in Davao. Pearl Farm is very clean place.
I didn’t really visit anywhere. I tend to do that (not visit any “tourist” places) when I’m in a city. Bad idea.
Thanks ha.
Thanks ha. If I had the money to go around and stay in hotels all the time, I would…budgeting right now :P
